NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Go to www.wdpromotion.com to submit your entry. No purchase is necessary to submit your entry. A purchase will not increase an entrant's chance of winning.  All entries must be received between 12:01 a.m. Eastern time on October 19, 2009 and 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on November 30, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”). No alternate form of entry will be honored in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or misrouted entries. Use of automated devices is prohibited. Sweepstakes entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Only one entry per person.

PRIZE: One Grand Prize Winner will be drawn randomly in December 2009 from all eligible entries from both Region 1 and Region 2 received during the Promotion Period.  Therefore, there may not be a Grand Prize winner in Region 1.  The Grand Prize Winner will win a Digital Media Bundle comprising of Sony a550 DSLR Camera, My Passport Essential SE 1 TB drive, and WD TV HD Media Player.  

In addition, 6 Weekly Prize Winners for each of Region 1 and Region 2, one each week during the 6-week Promotion Period, will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries from each Region (for a total of 12) received during the Promotion Period and prior to the applicable drawing.  Each Weekly Prize Winner will receive a My Passport Essential 500 GB (Model: WDBAAA5000ABK-NESN).  Therefore, there will be 6 Weekly Prize Winners from Region 1. 

Each Winner is responsible for all federal, state, provincial, local or other applicable taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize(s). Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes permitted except at Sponsor's option, including Sponsor's right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable.

PRIZE REDEMPTION: Awarding of each prize will be conducted by Western Digital, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the promotion. Western Digital will notify each Winner via e-mail/phone and verify the Winner’s eligibility and mailing address. If the Winner cannot be contacted or the Winner fails to confirm his/her eligibility and mailing address within 72 hours of notification, an alternate Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. Each Winner in Canada will be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill testing question without assistance as a condition to collecting a prize or such prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner.  Prizes will be mailed to the mailing address provided by the Winner.

LIABILITY: Prize acceptance constitutes express permission to use Winner's first name, last initial, and country of residence for publicity purposes without compensation and agreement to execute any required documentation.  Sponsor and its promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each, shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by Winners for any damage, loss or liability to persons or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this promotion.. 3. Only entries providing valid postal addresses will be entered into the prize draw.

11. The prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
